Exciting news! We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Virgin Media O2 customers to be part of our Beta testing group for the Priority app. The goal is to help us find any issues and continue to improve our appβs performance.

How to Participate:
- Download & Install: Get hands-on with the new app from 11th of June and complete your testing by the 24th of June 2024.
- Test & Explore: Complete set tasks within the app to help us fine-tune the app experience.
- Share Your Thoughts: Provide feedback by submitting bugs or issues that you find on the app and a quick and easy feedback survey that you will be able to complete directly on the app at the end of the testing period.
Exclusive Reward: Your efforts won't go unrewarded! As a thank-you gesture, you'll receive a Β£20 voucher, delivered straight to your email after completing all the app testing β we ask that you complete the tasks and final feedback survey to be eligible for the reward. The voucher will be emailed to you within 14 days after the testing (before 15th of July 2024)
Eligibility:
To jump on board, make sure you have O2 or Virgin Media login credentials and youβll need an iPhone or Android smartphone to be able to install and use the Priority Beta app.

If you are eligible to be a tester and are selected to be part of this trial, we will email you instructions on how to download and install the app by end of day on the 11th of June, 2024. Weβll also share with you a list of tasks weβd like you to complete as part of this trial and more information on how to report bugs/issues and provide your end-of-testing feedback.
