V6 box upgraded to Virgin 360 via the free upgrade. Now I’m having problems with my soundbar disconnecting from TV/ARC which I never had using the v6 box standard.
This needs fixing ASAP.
I know it’s the Virgin 360 software/hardware as I left it unplugged at the mains for two days and simply used my Apple TV, not a single issue.
