I'm sure it must be some breach of some competitions regulation that Virgin Media has the ability to provide the Disney+ app on the V6, but won't so that they can milk people for even more money for a 360. It's a form of blackmail and extortion.
Luckily we found our seven year old Fire Stick still works, and you can get all of the apps on there apart from Apple TV. I have a Chromecast upstairs.
Think when our contract is up we'll be cancelling the TV a telephone.
