Virgin connect app

The app Wong connect to the hub. I reinstalled the app..same issues.i really don't want to fiddle with the hub as all is working. But I like the app to check room settings but now doesnt work. Do I need it? Thanks

Hello

Which hub do you have the Connect App will not work with the hub 4 it isn't compatible, also if you are running a hub 3 in modem only mode then again the connect app will not work when the hub is in modem only mode.

Thank you. its Hub 3  ive no idea if its in modem mode?  I have three boosters in the house too  The app used t work fine.   ill ry work out about the modem mode. Thank for your reply.

Hello

What colour is the light on the base of the hub 3, if it is white then it is in router mode, where as if it is red/magenta then it is on modem only mode.

Hello

Many thanks for all the information, the only thing that I can suggest as you have done everything else, is too power off the hub for at least 30 secs and then back on and try again to use the connect app, if that doesnt work then you will have to wait for a VM forum staff member to get to the post which can take upto a week.
