I joined virgin media back in March opting for the oomph package. I did so via the top cash back link so I would enjoy a healthy payment. Unfortunately, I never received my promised payment and they now say that because I didn’t complain early enough, I no longer qualify. I’ve tried several times with topcashback as the original error of not paying me is not my fault, they simply refuse to pay me.
terrible customer service and leaves me wondering if they routinely not pay out unless you complain quickly enough.
