Trying to cancel my virgin because of the second price increase in a year and it's impossible. Had the phone put down on me twice now. Anyone got any advice please. Thanks

I''ve Kept every screen shot of WhatsApp conversations. Every complaint I have forwarded. I have also forwarded an invoice for my time. 

We do appreciate your frustration with this kevy107. What has been advised when you've called in?

Thank you for your reply. I haven't been advised anything. No one has answered since I began ringing on Friday. I'm lucky if I manage to speak to one agent via WhatsApp,  who always put me through to disconnection but I never get through.
