Speaking to technical support

I have been trying to speak to Virgin about my hone phone not working , someone is now looking into this via the forum.

However trying the endless maze of web pages leads absolutely no where and it resulted in telling me to phone 150 from my home phone !!

Is there a number  that can be used to speak to a human being !
