On demand constantly freezes, pixelates and loses internet connection

When watching anything on demand, it constantly freezes, pixelates and occasionally even loses internet connection. Recordings are 50% or below. Been happening for months now

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues watching things on demand, and I can appreciate you're keen to get this fixed.

 

Does this happen when watching everything on demand? Do you have any issues with live TV?

 

Does a reboot of the box help at all?

 

Can you please make sure that the ethernet cable is securely connected between the V6 and the hub?

Hi,

Sorry for late reply. Yes everything on demand. No doesn't happen with live tv. Except the losing internet connection. That's random. I've checked all cables, and they are all secure. I have just now re-booted the box and broadband. I am currently watching an on demand programme. I'll let you know if it happens. I have previously rebooted both, but separately, not at the same time. And the problem persisted. So I'll see if doing both at the same time helps at all.
