I signed an 18 month contract with Virgin that was supposed to be £92 and included Netflix. I’ve checked the TV package shown on my app and it shows Netflix standard included but for the last 6 months I’ve been paying for Netflix on top of the £92. I consider this to be a breach of contract with Virgin as I was misold the package but Virgin Customer Services say I will be charged £288 to leave the contract. Can anyone advise where I stand legally?
