Re: Do I have to have a new mobile Number?

If you're moving from Oomph to Volt you should be able to keep your mobile number.

It should have been arranged when your new O2 SIM was set up, but can still be done by getting a PAC from your Virgin Mobile SIM and then applied to your new O2 one which will move the number across

Re: Do I have to have a new mobile Number?

Details for how to get a PAC for Virgin Mobile is here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile-switching-faqs#leaving

And here's how you give it to O2 https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number/online-form
