is it just me that is fed up of getting calls from the above number. Always calling trying to sell me add on no matter how many times I tell them not to phone back.

Had it the last few days and have said politely to them that “I’m sorry I don’t have time for the phone call right now can you call another time” 

guess what the reply to that is. NOTHING absolute silence and they then hang up on me. Not even a “goodbye” “have a nice day” or “I’ll call back later” nope just hung up the phone on me. 

don’t know about anyone else but I find that really rude and disrespectful especially from someone representing a company that I pay nearly £100 a month to. 

Shocking customer service. Don’t get me wrong obviously they don’t all do that just seems to be the cold calling team.

You can turn off marketing calls etc in your My Virgin Media account
