Credit balance after change of service

Hi I changed service and now in a credit balance . Do I get a refund or is this carried forward to next bill and I just pay the difference

Hi @Galeplews 

The credit amount will be taken off your next bill.

If after paying the next bill you still have any credit amount remaining then  those credits will be taken off the following bill(s) until all the credits have been used.
