Why am I paying £49 a month when a new customer get the same deal (M200) for £28 a month for 18 months?

struggle to understand he system tbh, loyalty discounts that run out when the contract comes to an end. make life easy just continue with the offer till you leave?? 

rang today myself rising to £48 for 100mb BB down to £25 email came through @ £38 glad I screen shot the online chat. city fibre fully up and running with 3 offerings for full fibre. time for a stress free life.

'this is discrimination against current customers'

it is the way business works and has done for as long as i can remember. groom customer in with a dangling carrot, put the prices up. new customer prices are quite often charged at a loss or break even.
