Contract has finished and I have to find another £40 amonth now. I cannot do it especially in these circumstances.
In the past I woud talk to VM and negotiate a solution. It would take some time to get through but unlike now I'd get there eventually.
Now the situation is impossible on the phone and the online support is a joke. You go round and round in loops until they tell you that contract changes cannot be done online and you have to phone.
The only solution I can see is to cancel direct debit which might at least encourage someone to talk to me.
Any thoughts or advice?
