Cable to the Street

I've had some letters from yourselves regarding needing permission to cross my property to lay cables. However, the request doesn't cover all the land, also I'd like to have input into where the cables are laid and whether they will also serve my own house.

Can you arrange for someone to contact me regarding this.

i would assume the letter has contact details on it, afterall it was asking for you permission.
you should use those contact details rather than posting here.

Unfortunately there were no contact details on the letter, I've tried getting in touch with someone directly but got told to post on here.

If you havent - it might be worth trying the Pre-installation and delivery team on: 0800 052 1734 - they might know who and when they are trying to connect someone close to you?

i'm curious as to how a letter seeking permission with no means of replying to give (or not) permission is of any use to anyone.
seems quite strange!
