please can someone tell me how to remove Graffiti? There are a number of boxes with this on and I can’t seem to get hold of anyone or get Virgin to do anything. I have even seen the people and caught them doing it including knowing where they live! I just want to know how what and when they will re-paint or remove it. I would be happy for virgin to send the paint and I will do it myself?

any ideas or help please guys???

but results vary. Might be highly dependent on how efficient and responsive VM staff are in your local area as to how fast things get fixed or not (frequently not).

But to be fair, I would imagine that repainting a box is going to be so far down VM's list of priorities, then it would be approaching the Earth's core.

Bottom line, it's not  going to happen in the near future, so pop done to Wicks (other DIY stores are available), get the cheapest pot of grey paint they sell and do it yourself.

No that I am exonerating VM in any way, yes they should be doing this, but in the real world......?

We do it properly on Merseyside. Literally over a hundred now on Virgin, BT etc
