I have asked Virgin not to pester me. Again today I have another text inviting me to view my usage. Why do i want to and why should i? How can i stop them?

Have you logged into 'My Virgin Media' and opted out of marketing? Are you also signed up with TPS?

These things won't necessarily stop VM from pestering you but they are a starting point if not done already.
