So I signed up to Virgin Broadband on the 1st July 2020. At the time there was a deal whereby after 100 days of having setup the contract I would receive a £75 Amazon Voucher by email. The 100 days were up on the 9th October. To date I have not received anything.
Has anyone had similar problem, if so have you managed to resolved the issue?
It states "First of all, check your spam or junk email folders for any emails from Edenred (email@example.com). If you still can’t find the email, text us for free on 0753 305 1809 ^ and one of our team will be happy to help during our opening times 7am and 11pm Monday to Friday, 8am and 8pm Saturday to Sunday and we’ll look into it for you."
