Thanks for popping back on our community, sorry you've had to though for help with your download speeds.

We do have the ability to run a few checks on equipment from here, after checking the upstream and downstream levels we can see you have an engineer booked to attend.

Would you be able to keep us posted how the visit goes and how the speeds are after this visit.
