What’s happening with the picture???
it’s not the tv as Amazon prime and Netflix work but nothing through the box. Tried resetting, turning off etc but nothing just this! Any suggestions? Thanks

That looks to me like an issue with the HDMI connection between your V6 & TV. Try using an alternative HDMI cable, and also alternative port on your TV.
This can be proven by trying alternate sources from your V6 - use OnDemand and/or a streaming app from your V6, as well as live TV. Your photo of the menu system showing the colour tints all-but rules this out, but that would be conclusive IMHO.
