Quest hd pixelation

Hi for a while now my quest HD channel has been badly pixelating. I've checked the cables,restarted my box and router. I've also checked other channels on the same mux but they are all OK. It is only quest HD that does it. Sometimes it's unwatchable. Could it be a faulty box?

    While waiting for help I thought I'd check signal quality. It came back as just fair. Disconnected the coax again and now it says signal good and quest is fine now. A dodgy coax plug maybe
