How Can I Get The Info About Mudtown Changed From Welsh To English?

Mudtown is a new crime drama on U&alibi. The first episode was broadcast at 9 pm on Wednesday 20 August 2025. Unfortunately, I cannot understand the info about this (or any other) Mudtown episode as they are all shown in Welsh. I live in London and the info about every other program is in English. How can I get the info about Mudtown changed from Welsh to English?

Virgin Media's help menu is of no help as it does not cater for this possibility, so I thought I would try asking the Virgin Media Community. Can anyone help?

    A strange one. The info is in English on my V6 TV guide.

    I am just to the north of London, but receive London programmes. Checked both my V6 boxes & all the series information in the guide is showing correctly in English.

    Mudtown was actually recorded in both Welsh and English, each scene was filmed twice in both languages. The Welsh version has already been shown on S4C so it's possible your EPG is picking up descriptions from that, I'm not sure why though.

    Thanks for your replies, guys. I started watching the recording of the first episode shortly after I made this post, and I noticed that the episode's info had changed to be partly in Welsh and partly in English. By the time I had finished watching, my V6 box showed all the episodes' info in English. I suspect someone at Virgin noticed their error and was fixing it. However, it would be nice if someone from Virgin posted a comment, especially to advise us how to report such issues in the future.
