Apple TV+

Apple TV+ was available through my to box then I get a subscription notification that it is ending.  Was it only trial through virgin?

    When you sign up with Apple TV+ you get a 7 day free trial according to their website.

Virgin media do offer a three month trial of apple TV as an 02 perk.
