TV service -

Just spent some time on the telelphone going through the same thing to 2 different people only to be told I need to speak with a technician and this can take up to 5 day! Does anyone know how to get through to a technician in an acceptable amount of time?

    Can you explain what your actual issue is?

    There's a good chance you can get some help on this forum, if we know what the problem is.

      Hi bobong 

      Also confirm which set top box you are having the problem with as you've previously posted in the V6 forums and indicated that you have V6 boxes.

      Any error codes and messages?

      If  you enter the error code on the following page you might even be able to fix the issue yourself

  • If you call Virgin Media early in the morning when they first open, it should be quieter and you should be able to get through to them quicker.
