Have you got another device you can try TV Go on please? Just to see if the issue can be duplicated.

Yes I’ve tried on another laptop and it’s still having the same issue

    Is it happening with all live events on the TNT Channel via TV GO or is it happening with any specific ones? If you are able to provide us with some example programming and times when it occurs this would be helpful!

      Hi Molly,

      it’s been happening with all live events I’ve tried watching; the football (12:30pm) and boxing (11pm)

        This is strange, apologies - do you have another connection you can try it on, such as a mobile hotspot or data to see if this still happens for you?
