Hi - thanks for replying. I managed to find this number for myself (I had tried 150 from my Virgin phone) but had to sit through so many options - choose this, pick that - and then finally get through to be told the current wait time was 110 minutes was enough to almost consign the phone to the front garden via the window.
I did manage to get hold of an offshore agent who was quite knowledgeable but who did not have the authority to resolve my issue. She promised me a callback from a manager within the hour, which never happened. I eventually raised a written complaint, to which I received a couple of quick replies (which did not actually address my problem and sounded like copy-and-paste answers) but have now heard nothing for over 5 days.
I have sent two chases, and my next step will be to contact the Ombudsman.

I am totally with you, I have spent hours on chat trying to sort out my account since I moved. It is so stressful and time consuming. I should have left them.
