Note regarding third party login emails- 

These third party emails also get communications from VM so are imprtant, however today I could not login to my outlook.com email, it kept failing after 10 robot checks and I had to get in using a backup email. 

I do not know the reason, but it was good job I had email recovery as well as mobile phone because the system would not allow a phone verify code and still doing that, locked out with robot check, which fails even after 10 correct attempts.

I also add alternative emails to my VM account and best  to choose on different such as yahoo.com, and ensure backup codes are up to date.

I have noted phone verification can fail often, google are planning to ditch sms text verify in the future for new methods.

what should be a simple task to check your email can end up complicated.
