Imminent Community Upgrade

Hi all,

We just wanted to let you know tomorrow (Thursday 16th January 25) we’re planning a major upgrade to our community platform, so you’ll likely notice a different look and feel when you come back. We’ll be moving from the Khoros Classic platform over to the Khoros Aurora platform.

The community will go down around 10am, and we envisage it coming back at some point in the afternoon or evening.

We’ll see you on the other side 😊.

  • From Charles best and we are over the moon we joined Virgin broadband there speed is far greater than plusnet which was very low we can know get a the speed we want but a far greater speed than we thought we would get and customer service is second to none and are router was fitted by a very nice fitter and cannot faults this company in anyway this is the second time we have been with and keep sending me emails asking if we have fault or need help as said are internet speed is the best we have ever had

    Inserting https urls in the text or inserting a URL link are both failing again and showing error :

    During typing a reply to a thread, the web page turns white for a brief moment and then refreshes redisplaying the current thread but having Logged Out.  The forum member's icon image (the winter snowflake in my case) reverted to the "Sign In" menu option.

    Yesterday I thought this was a coincidence or my finger trouble but
    having seen this twice on consecutive days so it is a new defect.

  • Navigation to the Chatter boards has disappeared from the munu. I trust this can be restored please.
