Spotted some of our street equipment that's in need of some TLC? We know things can happen, and we're here to help put things right.

If you've noticed a problem with one of our street cabinets, cables or pits recently, we'd like the opportunity to put it right as quickly as possible. Just fill in the template below and post it as a comment, we'll let our team of engineers know so they can get things back to normal.

Please use the comments section to let us know the following information:

Location:

(We need to know where the cabinet is; providing a street name and post code is great, pointing out any landmarks or junctions nearby will help us ensure we're reporting the correct cabinet)

Feel free to share coordinates or references from popular map websites/apps.

Description of damage:

(Pictures if available)

Cabinet Number:

(If available)

How it all works

We'll use the information you provide to report the issue to the necessary maintenance team in your area. We'll kudo your comment to let you know we're acting on it. To keep things tidy we'll remove older comments from time-to-time.

    Good evening,

I'd like too report an issue with the cabinet on Leman Road Gorleston Nr31 6dd

The local kids have ripped off 1 of the doors and and it's fully open to all the weather.

I hope that this can be resolved soon

    Many thanks Neil

      Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about this. Do you have a more precise location for this cabinet at all, such as the nearest door number or any close by shops etc.

      Thanks

Thanks for reporting. However, this one is not a Virgin Media property.

  • CABINET IN DANGER OF COLLAPSE

    • Location:

Northampton NN1 3QS - 19 Hood Street. (Outside the Accurate Boot Shoe Factory

    • Description:

This cabinet seems to have taken another hit — doors hanging open, cables exposed, and the heavy top section looking ready to dive onto the pavement at any moment. It’s in an awkward spot across a driveway often used by neighbours to turn their cars in this narrow street. It’s been damaged and reported multiple times, but here we are again.

Please can it finally be repaired properly and considered for relocation before it causes a bigger hazard

Cabnet looks a mess outside of a newly opened business, additionally graffeti on the side of the cabnet, can this be repainted please or replaced as it doesn't look to structurally sound.
