END OF CONTRACT
My contract ended in December 2024,I was paying £115 per month (19 months earlier it was c.£45 ).I needed to downsize due to my son moving out,so was really looking for the basic tv package, and broadband currently offered to new customers,I think it is named " The Bigger Combo Bundle" at £33.After making contact I was offered a contract at £117, which I refused and requested to speak to retentions and was given another quote of £98.Which I also refused. I did not want to leave Virgin and asked why I could not be given a quote near to what is offered to a new customer, I did not get a definitive answer. Tomorrow I am going to use the one touch system with Sky who are quoting £49.So goodbye Virgin, after many many years!230Views0likes2Comments
