can't cancel Entertainment on Stream
Hi all, I have been drawn to tears literally after an hour of trying to cancel Entertainment subscription on Stream. None of the online tutorials work for me. I am logged into my account but have no option at all to manage stream, or for that matter my package, online. It just says I need to log in to some app to manage my package or view its details on ebilling. All links allegedly for managing Stream that I found online, lead only to this landing page. Change my Package leads to chat. Surely this is illegal? what can I do other than chat?552Views0likes1Comment
