Outside box broken

    Welcome to our community forum and thanks for posting. We can certainly help you with with this issue. 

     

    Can we just confirm that the box you are talking about is the brown one which is placed on the front or rear side of your property?

     

    If it is please can you confirm this and we can email the relevant department to get a technician to attend and replace this for you.

Thanks I've tried but cannot get through. It states only call in an emergency as they have limited resources at the moment.

    Hi yes that is the box it is at the front of the property, although I ours is white 🤔

    Hello,

     

    I have the same problem with a house. The brown virgin media box cover was broken off the front and the wires are exposed/damaged.

     

    Can this be fixed as well please by an engineer?

      Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that you're outside box has been damaged and needs replacing.

       

      Can we just confirm that this is the brown box on the front/rear of your property that covers all the cables in to the house?

        Hello,

        The brown box outside my property that encloses the wires has been broken and has fallen off. Can this be replaced please as all of the wires are now exposed.

        I also have a broken outside box (which is grey/white) and the cabling is exposed. Could someone please have a look at this and repair it?

    Hi  - like many other posters here my outside brown box cover is broken with wires/innards exposed -  I spent a long time trying to go through customer service (150) to get it reported/fixed but to no avail -  just left hanging.... plse cd a technician call and fix. I imagine I don't even need to be in the premises as the box is on the outer front wall in the front garden, easily accessible.

      I spoke to virgin media. I was told a new box would be posted to me and I could fit it myself. But it never came. When I questioned it they had no idea what I was talking about even though all calls are logged and I had a email copy of the log!

    I have the same issue. The junction box is broke and wires are exposed. Is there someone from the VM team that can help?
