Just spent all weekend trying to set up a "WD MY CLOUD HOME" first i couldn't get it to work with the software it came with (Acronis WD Edition) so i upgraded to the 2018 version, i paid extra for them to set it up, but even with remote access for 4 hours! they couldn't get it to work.
I spent 4 hours on the phone with WD, 3 hours with remote access, they can't get it to work either?
they all blame the Hub3.
Is there any way i can connect/use a back up drive (NAS OR USB) to my HUb3 ?
