I can’t be bothered to ring customer service. I believe they is a WhatsApp number I can use. I want to leave. My 4g mobile hotspot is better than my fibre.

If you click on the "I want to cancel" icon a pop up window opens which includes a link to online chat (see screenshot below)
EDIT - WhatsApp is on 0730 532 7112, however I don't think they manage cancellation requests, also phone calls take priority and using that method can take 4 to 6 hours.

Just to add I have seen a forum team post indicating that cancellations can now be taken via direct message to Virgin Media on X, Facebook, and Instagram.

As mentioned above you can do these steps'
If you wish to give your 30 days’ notice you can do it by just sending a WhatsApp with a description of the cancellation to +447305 327 112 or you can send a letter to Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA.
