The nature of the query was made clear from the start, it concerns support ending for BBC iPlayer and the email sent to me from Virgin Media regarding this. I'm sorry pm71 that I do not know the answer to your question, I should think that if you have a Tivo box that after Wednesday 23 July the iPlayer will no longer load if you press the red button. This forum used to be a useful place for customers suffering from hearing difficulties to receive help with issues. This forum also used to be a positive and helpful space where Team Members were happy to provide support. Disappointing to find that this is no longer the case, and that Virgin Media find it acceptable to ignore their customer. The email I received from Virgin Media mentioned upgrading to a 360 box, and I am reaching out through this forum to Virgin Media with a urgent personal query regarding this.
