When the team came to fit the outside wires to the property, I asked them not to as, between ordering and them coming to the work, I had decided to move. I got a phone call from VM and asked them to cancel the whole order, they said I would get a confirmation email within 24 hours, which I didn't. So want to make sure the order with cancelled and the account was closed. I still have the account number from the emails etc... Please try again I had a Virgin Media account before, but cancelled as I moved and that address didn't have Virgin Media, however VM just extended there network, which includes me and others near by. When I signed back, via your home sales team (the one that knocked on your door), I used the same email address. I have my new account number etc... with an install date of the 28th Nov. The account was cancelled at the end of April, begin or May 2024. I have already updated all the accounts to another email address, back in April. Regards, Gaz Cancelled and returned VM hub now getting text and emails say you going to charge Hi, I left VM and my disconnection was on the 8th of April 2024. I returned the Hub on the 15th April and according to Yodel tracking VM got it back on 24th April 2024 at 9.03pm. Today 29th April I get a text and email saying you going to charge me £40 on the 8th May 2024, if I not returned it! But is has been returned to VM in the package porvider with a note about a Netgear Super Hub, which I no longer had and it was either returned to VM or give back to a tech, after upgrading to a newer hub at the time and should of been removed from my account, however there was a charge of £0 for that.
