OK then hands up who has received there FREE xbox that was promised 🤔 and I bet not 1 person has received it . yes it's been over 45 days and yes I've looked in my spam email a million times . I genuinely believe this is just a scam . virgin won't help and when they do you get to chat with a robot . thanks virgin . looks like I'm going back to sky where you can actually talk to someone.

I think this needs to be reported to trade standards as this looks to be a scam from Virgin. It's obvious this is not an isolated incident because so many of us are yet to receive the Xbox. Virgin media customer service is not able to provide accurate information or even have a clue! I have called several times and even promised a call back from the back office team but not once have i received a callback.

I have drafted an email I will be sending to trade standards and also all the news outlets but will give them the benefit of doubt till Friday next week.

Just received an email from virgin media saying my free joining Virgin Media will be dispatched tomorrow from their courier partner, DHL. I received a similar email a month ago saying It’ll be delivered by their partner, Exertis.

I do hope this time its for sure otherwise it's just shared incompetence and next-level scam! (All this being documented for my official complaint)

Same here. Mine was delivered this morning
