wifi Pods

Hi Im struggling to get these Wifi pods ordered, keep getting sent to different websites and then get to a deadend! can someone please help get these ordered?

You can also call the direct number 0800 064 3850 to order a pod (they will only send out one at a time, and there must be an interval of at least one week before a second order will be accepted)

They are free if you are on the Gig1 package, or Ultimate Oomph, or on a Volt bundle, however if you are on any other package then they £8  a month.

Hi Dave, I am an o2 customer and we have followed all the proceedings to order these and its been very unsuccessful and really fraustrating! i can see other customers have contacted you on here and they have recevied direct messages getting these ordered, can you please sort these as im getting really fraustrated how much time i have wasted over the weeks trying to sort these out.

I can see you do not work for Virgin so your unable to help futher.

I can see that @newapollo listed all the relevant options through which you can order the Pods. Can you tell us what happens when you contact our team on 0800 064 3850 as listed above? What happens when you go through the Connect App when trying to order the Pods?

What issues are you having with your WiFi connection so that you need the Pods? Let us know so we can help. 🙂
