Hi, I got offered a deal to upgrade my package to the 1gig with the o2 sim. I asked them to ring back but I missed the call. I would like to take the offer if still available

Retentions offers are usually "of the moment" and you should always be prepared to accept the offers when given, and then use 14day cooling off as necessary.

You can try calling back into retentions and see if the offer is available.
