no broadband volt boost after being moved to O2 mobile

Just wondering - my Virgin mobile transferred to o2 this week. My 132mb broadband did get not get boosted but my o2 was moved without issue.

"As you’re also a Virgin Media broadband customer, once you switch over to O2 you’ll be eligible for Volt benefits including an automatic broadband speed boost to the next available level"

Will I be notified if and when its boosted?

oh and i did try and contact virgin on chat and they told me the only way to get volt is to upgrade my package .
