istream tv

Hi

Not sure if its called istream but its the new box that doesnt need cabling. So i was offered this as i need a new box. When i checked with Virgin i was told i couldnt have it based on my package ( i am on Volt) but the technician who was doing this said he installed it to someone who has Volt.So i am bit confused,

The new stream product is available to customers who don’t have TV (TiVO/V6 or V360) bundled as part of their existing package.

If you are on Volt you already have TV.
