hub 5 green flashing lights

Tuning in

installed the new hub 5 from hub 4 due to package change 

the hub is still flashing green lights 24 hours now

i have looked at the network log doesn't look good 

phoned virgin today they say will monitor the hub over next 24 hours  - problem ill get an engineer

no idea what any of this means  , will test the speed of wifi today when gaming

Green flashing is a firmware update in progress.  Solid green when in Modem mode.

If the Hub is working okay, just leave it.  Some users on the Forums are reporting days to complete for whatever reason.

rebooted , factory reset , checked all cables , its not in modem mode ,

Thanks for posting on the forum in regards to your hub issues, we appreciate the concern this can cause and the time taken to raise this. Welcome to the community.

 

As Addduxi has advised, the flashing green symbol can mean a firmware update is in progress. Has this resolved itself since your post? If you need further support please let us know.

funnily got up this am and the green flashing lights have stopped and now as it should be solid white

so it was basically not 30 minutes but 3 days lol

so fingers crossed all good
