Can someone on here please help?!
I'm ripping my hair out with the uncompetent staff on the phones who literally read of a screen and clearly have no knowledge.
I'm a new customer and have several issues.

There's an online complaint form accessible through My Virgin Media (where you view online bills). But don't get your hopes up, that usually routes your complaint to the same script-zombies that operate the offshore phone lines, resulting in a fob-off letter that ignores the very things you're complaining about.
