We're sorry to hear your O2 account is not updated and your Volt benefits are missing after moving homes, we'd love to best advise on this but need to confirm a few facts so to help further.
How long have you had Volt for and was this bundle active before you moved out of the old property?
Also, have you contacted O2 about adding Volt and have you registered for an online O2 account where you can activate Volt benefits directly?
