cannot add virgin max, o2 and virgin customer

as the title says iv title says, im a virgin and o2 customer. orignally had m500 but it has been volt boosted to 1gb. when i try to activate max to get the pods it says i have to upgrade something, i thought you got free pods if with virgin and o2? the my connect app says i get 150mb in the bedroom, yet my older tv and firestick say router out of rage so i need a pod to boost the signal. can anyone help in how i get this activated, iv tried the suggestion on another post and dont get anywhere

i give up, trying to get through on the phone and just keep getting cut off, still says i need to upgrade to get the pods, no simple solution  😞
