My virgin sim was migrated over to O2 on the 16th July and volt benefits have been activated on O2 as of 28th July. However my broadband speed boost has not been applied. Both accounts are registered at the same address.
I tried the WhatsApp bot but got nowhere. What is the best way to contact VM to get this resolved?

I did eventually get a person on WhatsApp. I have a reference id so hopefully the upgrade will be applied soon.
