Wifi pods on Volt

Hello,

I am an O2 and Virgin customer and want to claim my Volt priviliges:

1) My Wifi signal is poor/unusable. How do I get the Wifi pods? 

2) How do I activate my Virgin media speed increase as per Volt benefit?

With the Volt benefits, they will become active within 14 days of taking up the offer. 

We can take a look at the account and arrange for the order of the Pod's for you, I will just need to pop you over a private message to take a few details.
