Online chat arranged for a wifi pod booster to be sent but has not arrived.
Whats the easier way to chase this up ?

Sorry to hear you've been waiting on your WiFi Pod order.

I have taken a look at our systems and can see you managed to speak with our team since posting here and they've raised another work order for a Pod. 

You can track this under 'orders' via your online account. 

Once received, follow the steps here to set up the WiFi Pod.

thanks but online order status does not tell whether it was "lost in transit"

agent told me over the phone and re-ordered

We're sorry to see you cannot view the status of your delivery online, how have things gone since you last posted on Monday?
Have you tracked this down on Yodel's website to check what info is showing there, if not delivered yet?
