Hello
Today i got my Hub 5 router for my Gig1 package, I was originally on a lower broadband package which I had two wifi extenders as extra, since plugging in my new router, my original wifi pods now don't connect, do I need to order new ones or can they be re-synced to my new router?

Thanks for your post! Sorry to hear your WiFi Extenders aren't working with your new Hub. Depending on which WiFi boosters/extenders you have, we will need to repair them to your Hub if you get a replacement one.
However after looking on our end, we can't see that you have WiFi Extenders as a subscribed service. Can you please send us a picture on here of the extenders so we can see which model they are?
