Wifi Pod

Trying to order a pod as I have volt and one of my rooms is testing as very poor on the app. The link to order one just comes up as bad connection - unable to access, there have been no advisors available on line for two days and waited 45 mins plus and no one answering phone!! Cam some one please help?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

I am sorry to hear of any WiFi issues and also issues when using the Connect App.

Please can you try the below steps for me on the app as it should help sort this;

  • Tap Start the scan 
  • Then Start the scan again 
  • While connect to WiFi, Tap I’m ready 
  • Wait 2 mintues for Scan 
  • Scan complete, Tap continue 
  • Tap Add a room, Tap the room you're in 
  • Start the Scan (do this in every room) 
  • Scan complete 
  • Tap Optimise WiFi now if an option 
  • If so, Tap Optimise 
  • Optimisation complete, Tap Rescan room,  Tap Start Scan 
  • Tap Order a WiFi Booster if an option

Thanks Ive done the scan and all but one room is fine, one room is very poor and I need to order a wifi pod but cant get the correct link to order one - the link doesnt work. Thanks
